This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the Personal Data we collect from you or about you when you use our fitness, nutrition, and calorie-tracking applications and services (collectively referred to as "Services").

1. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data about you in the following ways:

Personal Data You Provide:

We collect Personal Data when you create an account, log your meals/workouts, or generate AI plans:

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, account identification details, and payment details (if applicable).
Health & Fitness Data: To provide personalized AI diet and workout plans, we collect physical characteristics and fitness information such as your age, gender, weight, height, activity level, fitness goals, and dietary preferences.
User Content: We collect data you provide as input into our Services, including exercise logs, consumed meals, custom foods, notes, and the parameters you choose for AI generation.
Camera & Image Data: When you use our barcode scanner or food image recognition features, we collect the images or barcode data you capture, subject to your explicit device permissions.
Apple Health Data (iOS): If you grant permission, we read the active energy (calories burned) recorded in Apple Health by your iPhone or Apple Watch, solely to display it in your daily log and to calculate your daily energy balance. We never use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing and never share it with third parties. You can withdraw this permission at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
Contact Information: If you contact us via email or social media, we may collect your contact information and the content of your messages.

Personal Data We Receive From Your Use of the Services:

When you visit or interact with our Services, we automatically collect "Technical Data":

Log & Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, features you use, time zone, country, access dates, device type, and operating system.
Device & Location Information: We collect device identifiers and general location data (e.g., via IP address) for security purposes and to provide localized experiences (such as appropriate food databases). We do not track your precise GPS location unless explicitly permitted by you for a specific feature.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies or local storage to operate our Services, keep you logged in, and remember your preferences across sessions. We also use, and allow third-party advertising partners (like Google AdMob) to use, mobile advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) to serve advertisements within the app. On Android these identifiers include the Google Advertising ID; on iOS they include Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the IDFA is used for tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.

2. How We Use Personal Data

We may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

To calculate your daily caloric/macronutrient needs and generate personalized AI diet and workout routines.
To provide, analyze, maintain, and improve our Services.
To communicate with you, including sending updates, security alerts, or support messages.
To prevent fraud, illegal activities, or misuse of our Services and safeguard our systems.
To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and security of our users and StSwo Tech.

We may aggregate or anonymize Personal Data so that it no longer identifies you. We use this anonymized data to improve our AI models, expand our food/exercise databases, and analyze usage trends.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose your Personal Data in the following situations:

Vendors and Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who provide cloud hosting, database management, AI processing, analytics, and payment processing. They only access data necessary to perform their functions.
Advertising Partners: We use third-party advertising companies, specifically Google AdMob, to serve ads when you visit our app. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name, email, or sensitive health/dietary data) and mobile device identifiers about your visits to this and other applications in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK will be presented with a Consent Management Platform (CMP) to explicitly manage their preferences regarding personalized advertising and device storage.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or bankruptcy, your Personal Data may be transferred to a successor.
Legal & Safety Reasons: We may disclose data to government authorities or third parties to comply with laws, protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of our users.
Other Users: If you join a "Group" within the app, your Group Admin, Coach, or other members may see your shared metrics, weekly scores, and leaderboard rankings depending on group settings.

4. Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services, maintain your fitness history, or fulfill legal and business purposes. Retention periods depend on the nature of the data and legal requirements. You can delete your account and associated data at any time via the app settings.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access and port your Personal Data.
Request deletion of your account and associated health/fitness logs.
Correct or update inaccurate data.
Withdraw consent for specific data processing (like camera access).

Accuracy Note: Services provided by StSwo Tech use AI models and third-party databases to estimate calories, macros, and generate fitness plans. These outputs may not always be 100% accurate. Do not rely on them as medical advice.

6. Children

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent to use our health and fitness features.

7. Security and Sensitive Data

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Data. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure.

Sensitive Data Processing: We process health-related Personal Data (like weight and diet) strictly to provide the core functionality of our app to you. We do NOT "sell" your personal data or use your sensitive health/fitness data for behavioral advertising.

Apple Health (HealthKit) Data: Data we read from Apple Health is used only to show your burned calories and to calculate your daily energy balance inside the app. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing or profiling, we do not share it with advertising networks, data brokers or any other third party, and we do not use it for any purpose other than the health and fitness features you have enabled.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version in the app and update the effective date. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
